These pictures are of a girl named Destiny/Britney Brooks from Silvercherry/TickleCentral. Ive seen others from this same situation which I will also post but I'm wondering if anyone has some info on them/have some more/know where I can buy them? Or are there videos?

Don't know if the guy in the pics is "Laughing Stocks," but the owner of the stocks is. Every year he's at Fetish Con, where he puts chicks in his stocks and they're tickled, so yeah, it's public.

Fetish Con is held in Cali once a year.
