A secret training camp for cheerleaders contains a ticklish secret! Student journalist Shelby Sherman is on the trail of a hot story that will explain why the Pettibone Pumas have the best cheer squad around. Disguising herself as a cheerleader in training, Shelby finds herself in an isolated forest compound where she's "inspired" to limber up and push her limits...with merciless tickle-torture! Shelby and her fellow trainees will be stocked, tied down and generally restrained while older cheerleaders and the sadistic "Captain" Danni give them endless lessons in laughter!
