Just a quick question; from personal experience, do pumice stones etc, tickle, if they are being used on you by another person?

Yes they tickle, especially when a lubricating lotion is applied liberally to your feet and the pumice stone itself.
 
You'd have to ask my neighbours, they usually witness the screaming 😀

:happy: Yes, I have used one before and her reactions were wonderful! If your ticklee has soft feet, it can be very intense for her.
