I read on Yaqi's website that tickling is a different experience for everyone and everyone reacts differently. Apologize if this has been posted before but I have to ask this question. Do males and females have different reactions from being tickled due to sex differences? Does anyone have an answer?

Just wondering. :couch:

Hi, Jen! Personally, tickling relaxes me. I could easily fall asleep while a lovely lady's fingers are going wild on my toes, neck, back, etc. I don't think it's so much a question of what gender a ticklee is. I think it depends on the person's level of ticklishness. That's why I find it hard to believe that some people become disappointed if the ticklee doesn't giggle and squirm while being tickled. The quiet, relaxed ticklee is probably enjoying it just as much, if not more. (To me, peeing one's pants is not a desirable sign of a successful tickle session... that's just my opinion)

My ladyfriend often falls asleep when I give her a tickle session, and that's just fine with me. Another ladyfriend asked me to tickle her feet like my life depended on it and she squealed and kicked wildly and I had a great time, too.

I don't know if I've answered your question but that's pretty much my view of the issue.

Hi Jen. To answer your question, I dont think the differences in how people react to being tickled is based on gender. Rather, I see it that reactions can be based on three things. One, how the ler is doing the tickling, whether it's cruel, dominant, sexual, or playful, and two, what the individual person's reaction is to being tickled. How ticklish are they, how hysterical or ballistic do they get, and how do they feel about being tickled. A third variable can also be how does the lee feel towards the ler. Are there just friendly feelings between the two, or are there sexual feelings, or love.
For example, since Iam m/f, I would likely have a different reaction if, say, I was tied down at a gathering and tickled by two or three girls, which I would probably enjoy, as opposed to two or three guys, which I would not like, because I like to be tickled by girls only.
This is how I see it. Good question. I'll be interested to see the replies.

Hi Jen,

I have tickled both guys and girls in my lifetime and what I have noticed is that the ladies seem to let go more and really let the laughter out. Guys tend to be a bit more quite and withdrawn. I don't mean that as a negative. It just seems to be the way with people I have tickled.

There have been a few guys who really let lose and get into it but not many for me.

Just my observation.

I think guys(being the macho creatures that we are) are more likely to try and fight the tickling sensation while women are more likely to just go with it. This is generalization and each individual I do believe reacts diffrently.
