Question for 'lee's

I was wondering: why do you like being tickled? When reading experiences from 'lee's it is often like " ... it was terrible ... " or " ... I was dying ... ". Sounds like you don't like at all, and on the other hand you do like it. Can anyone explain this to me?

HDS does not have too much experience, with all of two real tickling "events" to speak of, but I can try to answer.

'Tis difficult to describe, indeed. On the one hand, it is quite possibly the best sensation there is. I don't really know how to classify it...it just seemed (To me at least) to immediately make me happy and remove any sad or unhappy thoughts. I really couldn't describe it, perhaps not unless the sensation had just been felt. However, there is also that admittedly very strong desire to immediately get away, at least for me. The body naturally does not take being tickled well, at least mine doesn't, and the urge to flee or defend myself has to be combated by the incredible goodness of the feeling if I am to keep myself from fleeing entirely.

The only time I even felt close to like I was dying (And then it was not even close) was the single time I was restrained. It really does intensify the sensation enormously. I'm pretty much too ticklish to sit still anyway, but the slightest touch while I was restrained made me even more jumpy than before, but it also seemed to intensify the delight it caused even as the desire to escape quadrupled. Then HDS broke the lower restraints and that sort of ended it. 😛 I don't know if that answers your question or not, but that is this one's inarticulate take on the subject.

People tend to like these sorts of things for the very fact that it pushes them to their limits. Personally, I dislike being scared out of my tiny little mind, so I don't go on rollercoasters. I've also never been a 'lee, but I intend to fix that. 😀

For me there's a strong attraction towards situations where I have no control. When I'm tickled, even if I try to control my body's responses, it's only a matter of time before I won't be able to hold back any longer. There's definitely strange duality if the case of a lee, because the body is going to naturally fight to get away, but you know in your mind you want more. And there's a true thrill with exploring just how much I can take and delaying using my safeword for as long as possible. I think when lee's say things like "it was terrible" that's more a description of how much it had taken their control from them, and how their body was reacting, rather than whether they were enjoying it or not.

As for the OP.....With the whole fetish aspect aside (as that makes us biased) I have to say it is very much the same reason we like thrill rides at amusement parks (a joy I only experienced this summer after a lifetime of being too afraid). It's a safe way to be terrified.
The sensations are intense...something that you don't normally experience.
We love the loss of control. Both the control of our predicament and the control of our own reactions. Unless you're the sort of person who truly enjoys torture and feeling pain (hey, whatever floats your boat) you probably arent interested in a truly non-consentual horrifying experience any more than a roller coaster lover really wants to hurl himself through the air in a random direction with no parachute or safety net.

Biologically, it's a combined adrenaline and endorphin rush. THe adrenaline gets pumping ads you try to fight/resist it, which creates a 'high' (hence the term "Adrenaline junkie' for thrill seekers). Endorphins are the body's natural equivalent to morphine, and the pleasure high from that will hit as the pleasure from the tickling occurs. COmbined together, it's quite a biological wallop. You want the end result, but having to endure how to get the endorphin rush creates it's own high. To the willing lee, it's the ultimate win-win

hhm thats a question i often ask myself...(i know i'm not Aznagoel, but i thought i'd try at an answer) and i often come up short.

i spsoe the reason i often attribute to the love of ticking is, well the opposite of the mental reasoning for the 'lee side of it. The 'ler likes to be able to controll the situation and the reactions of the 'lee...i cant realy see any Biological reasoning mself...if anyone else can i'd love to hear it. But in my own experience the fun - even of innocent tickles - is that it makes the person squeek, or laugh, giggle or squirm in spite of themselves. The attraction is also (again for me) in being able to make someone try and resist the tickling, even though they know they can't.....

in conclusion: all my experience points to wanting to control the other persons responce, i feel its kinda novel in a way that such a small thing can cause such a large reaction 🙂

Control is def. an issue for both parties, or at least for me as both parties. It's also about trust; being able to give up that much trust, or have someone give you that much trust; there's something very powerful about that🙂

I love giving control over to someone I trust...I'm usually a pretty together person externally, so I guess it's a nice break from being in control of myself...plus, I love to laugh, and I love being touched...so I get a bit of everything I love...and my ler loves making me squirm, and loves hearing me laugh...and loves getting to turn me on at the same time...

I guess, it's just a win-win situation.

It`s a rush it`s a tension, it`s a sensation.
