Based on you own experience would you say that close to 100% of women are ticklish on their feet

I have known a few girls to be not ticklish on their feet. I have not found any who are not ticklish anywhere at all though.

I know few that can react when I touch their rib-cage, but feet tickling is like tickling a doll. It all depends how concentrated they are. Some of them can "turn off" ticklishness of their feet. :-(

I'm sure women who aren't ticklish on their feet EXIST, but in my experience, women are usually receptive to something on their feet. A woman who wouldn't even smile when a feather is applied to her feet may scream in laughter when fingernails are scribbling on her soles. In the same way, a woman who isn't receptive to being tickled on her soles may go wild at a feather dragged between her toes. But I would say that if you can't get a reaction from the feet, well, there's plenty of other places to tickle. :stickout

Yeah, I'd say 90 to 95% of chicks are ticklish on their feet.

I know a chick who can be ticklish on her feet for 5 min or less, then it either goes away or she turns it off.

Some girls simply don't like feet, in general. Some think feet are gross, and/or think their own feet are gross (usually not true, though!), so they don't like their feet being touched because of that.

Ok I can definately say that 100% is not true. My wife is not ticklish on her feet at all unless she has had an explosive orgasm and then only for a couple of minutes. Now the 28 year old neighbor says her feet are the only place she can not ignore when tickled and her sister in law has quite ticklish feet. A good friend had claimed not being ticklish but was lying and has ticklish feet. So the number may be up there but not 100%.

Yeah every girl i know is ticklish on there feet but i'm sure there are some out there that aren't but i don't know any.

Most women whose feet I've tickled react differently, while also the same. To explain...They all seemed to be in different forms of sensitivity, but they all became more or less ticklish, for no apparent reason. It was odd. >.<
