It has been brought to our attention that some folks are confused and/or concerned about the kidnap scenarios that are going to be a part of this year's NEST gathering. So, allow me to explain/clarify/defuse/etc.....
NEST Gatherings are always about meeting other tickle lovers, having some fun and going home safe and happy. The safety and comfort of our guests is always our first priority.
All group activities are monitored by experienced folks who know what they're doing, have no problem confronting someone if it becomes necessary and have always done an amazing job of keeping anything from getting out of hand. If someone appears to be getting out of control, either because of personality itself or intoxication of any kind, they are not allowed to play. If they get out of control beyond play, they would be asked to leave. We don't play games when it comes to safety.
The kidnap scenarios that have been discussed are simply an addition to the usual activities. It's been talked up a lot simply to introduce the concept to people. It is very definately NOT taking over what NEST is about. In fact, most folks are likely to not even know that a kidnapping is in progress unless they happen to be right there when a person is taken away. All kidnap scenes (unless otherwise requested by the abductee in advance) will be done away from the main group.
Everything else about NEST will progress as usual. This is simply an added opportunity for those who wish to do so to have a chance to test their limits. Even with this, safety is still top priority. This is why we have hand picked teams to do the abductions. It is also why we do not allow subjects to pick people to join that team unless they know and have played with them in the past.
NEST is still NEST. We've simply added another option for the few folks who are interested in taking advantage of it. We play by the safe, sane and consensual rules. So, even these folks will need to give consent before anything happens. Information is gathered in advance to ensure their comfort and safety throughout. As with everything else about NEST, you are always safe.
I should point out here that the NEST Team is completely open to hearing your concerns. So, in the future, should issues like this arise, please don't hesitate to bring them to our attention. Don't let unwarranted concerns keep you from coming and having a great time. You'll likely end up kicking yourself for it.
