A couple years ago, my wife and I decided to spend the holiday at my parents house. They have a nice view and a great in-ground pool and hot tub. My wife wanted to bring her friend Annie with us.
Annie is tall, about 5'10", blonde, decent looking and in good shape. She is a police officer and in the military.
After spending the day swimming and drinking, we started preparing dinner. I was outside grilling. The grill faced the house so you can see into the kitchen through the picture windows. I saw my sister come in the house. She greeted everyone and made herself a drink. A few moments later, I glanced through the window and saw Annie sitting on a tall bar stool and she was reacting to something. The glare prevented me from seeing what was happening so i ran inside.
When I got inside, I saw my sister under Annie's stool tickling her foot! Annie was laughing like crazy but she didn't pull her foot away. My sister even commented saying, "I'm gonna just keep doing this since she's not pulling away". I guess Annie heard that and she finally moved her foot. She was red in the face and smiling. She looked a little embarrassed since she's a tough military chick and my sister had her laughing like a hyena. I stood in shock about what I saw; I played cool like I thought Annie was chocking so i ran in. My wife just said, "nope, your sister just decided to see if Annie was ticklish". My wife knows tickling turns me on so she stared at me like she knew why I was running in. She didn't bring it up ever again but I would love for my wife to tickle Annie like that again.
