R.I.P. Kirk Douglas

I was very sad to read that Kirk Douglas died yesterday at the age of 103. When I was a child, he was one of my favorite actors.

Mr Douglas was an excellent actor, who had one of the longest careers in Hollywood history.

He was one of my favorites as well. He put so much passion and energy into every roll he played. The story of a lone cowboy, an adventure 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, one man who challenged an empire....Yes, his passing is sad (as it is when anyone leaves this world) but there is also much to celebrate!
