This is not my invention....Hey, the coffee wore off....*runs really fast* well part of it at least
Anyway, The invention is a type of tickling machine....here *runs towards Sammi with the speed of the Flash, hooks something up on both feet, puts her down on the ground*
Now, as you can see, there is a metal padding on her foot. But it has a wheel-shaped brush on it, which is currently on her foot, that tickles the arches and sole of the foot. In between all her toes are wheels with tiny feathers on them *locks them on* Time to test it! *turns it on, the feather wheels and the brush wheel start spinning and thus, tickling her whole foot*

*falls over laughing as the feathers suddenly start tickling her feet* Hehehehey!! NO FAHAHAHAHAIR!! AAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

hmmm....looks like the feather wheel between her toes are working fine....but why isn't the brush wheel on the soles and arches working? Oh yeah *sends a spark of electricity towards the invention* now it should work *brush wheel starts spinning and thus tickling the soles and arches of her feet as well as between the toes*

So far so good, Ted. we may want to try to attach some shaving tickler brushes somehow to perform some upper body tickling. Add some contrast tot he swiftness of the foot brushes.

I'll make a new invention right away. Take a look at the improvements I added while I go make it *gives him invention with feather wheels for between toe tickling, brush wheel for soles and arches, mini robo-hands for extra action, along with others* See what else I can add to there. That's for foot and lower body tickling.
*runs off to lab to make a new invention for the upperbody*

*few hours later, I run back as fast as the Flash with the new invention* all done. I'll show you it later. I have to see something about it.

*few minutes later* okay, all done *shows him a cross shape thing* as you can see, the vertical part of this "cross" is wider than the horizontal one. The horizontal part is as wide as fishing rods. They hold and restrain the wrists so it's available for upperbody tickling. The vertical part holds a 'lee still and it can be like a restraint table only standing. Also, it can do this *hooks up with the foot tickling invention* so it can be a full body tickling device.
Now for the tickling part. On the back of the invention are many arms and many tools on it as well. The arms can grab a tool and tickle a victim in the upper body. The hands of the arms can retract in it's arm and get out other cool looking tools. Watch *hand retracts in, a vibrating massager comes out* see? What do you think? *hides both of his inventions away so no one will know about it*

*whispers* don't wry, I'm keeping it VERY safe. It's in my pocket with a *somehow gets a safe out* safe in it. They're in here. The only way to open it is by password. It has to be a VOICE activated password. Then a DNA scanner scans your DNA and sees if your DNA is mine or not. Then there other security stuff as well. *puts safe back in pocket* the safe is a self-shrinking safe.
