Have anyone ever requested a Rant forum to be created?

Sometimes though it would be nice to have a place to purge your anger where people might just sympathize.

I once suggested a "flame" subforum. You know, a place to vent on other TMF members. As you might suspect, my suggestion did not meet with approval. 😀

A Rant Forum...seems to vague and undefined. One could rant about anything. Plus, I don't see it as a particularly appealing potential.

I don't know about anyone else, but I tend to hold back my real feelings in GD because I worry I'll get banned or something if I were to say - type-scream & rant about my brother Todd and his alcoholism/drug abuse and how he's willing to shoot up an 8-ball or snort coke, but he thinks taking prescription drugs is wrong and you can "cure yourself with the power of your mind."

Agreed - too many people whining and griping about everything under the sun. Sure, there are times it helps to rant, but for some of us, if we spent half as much time trying to improve our attitudes as we do griping about our lives, well, life just might seem a little better

what's the point of all the other forums? silly, humor, so and so forth? they could have been life in general.
