I only say that because on a scale of one to ten, it's impossible for you to be higher than ten, no matter how ticklish you are.

Like many others in this thread, my ticklishness varies from day to day. Generally speaking, I'm a fairly ticklish guy though, probably over all ranking as an 8 or so. Depending on who's tickling and how its happening, that number can shift up or down.
