Although I laugh when tickled, I also let out groans and bellows as if I were shocked or in pain. Does anyone else react to tickling in a way other than laughter?

I do a lot of hissing, groaning and gasping. With the exception of a couple of spots I won't be laughing all that much. But I do squirm. A lot.

Under extreme tickling, I will howl instead of laughing. Only a tickler who knows my worst spot (and how to work on it) can make me do that.

On a fairly sensitive day, I'll make all manner of stupid and other-worldly noises. I sound ridiculous. I also tend to yell, babble, and beg. Not my best look in my opinion, but people seem to like it. Unfortunately, that seems to make it feel more embarrassing and often heightens the ticklishness... Ugh!

I go into gasping, silent laughter mode if it continues for a while.
It doesn't match my desperate struggles and people find it amusing. I can't get enough breath to communicate properly what type of ticklish agony I am in. 😱😭

Contrary to my otherwise rather calm nature, I turn into a hysterically laughing and screaming siren when I am tickled in the right places. However, the volume also depends on the intensity.
