Someone from the tickling community and I are planning to get together (they shall remain unnamed, unless they would like to revel themselves)!

I will definatly be tickling him, and he will possibly be tickling me. It will be completly nonsexual.

What do you think we should do?
Restraints? tickle games? techniques? photos/ clips that show something good?

We are both open to suggestions. This should be fun.

Well for me, he should be as immobile as possible. He is way bigger than me and stronger. I don't have any kind of restraints or even bed posts, so we need to figure out what to do there. I am open to buying something.

It's possible to make someone pretty immobile with just basic restraints. You can buy wrist and ankle cuffs at sub-shop.com and blowfish.com. That and some rope (4-6 10-foot sections is plenty) will let you do a lot. You can put him in a hogtie with that, or tie him to a chair, or stake him out on a bed. You don't need bed-posts for that; if the bed has feet then those make perfectly fine attachment points.

If you're on a pedestal bed or a hotel bed and you want to do bed-bondage, then you might consider this handy device.

Here's one that you might like. It'll work with either of you as the 'lee:

Start with the 'lee fully clothed, and put some cuffs on the 'lee's wrists. Now attach the cuffs to something - to each other, to a chair, to the legs of a sofa with the 'lee on the floor, anything. But here's the trick: use something easily breakable to attach them. For example you could use a few inches of thread, or a strip of paper taped to the wall, or anything of that sort.

Now, start tickling your 'lee. The rules are simple:

1. The 'ler can't slip his or her fingers or other tickle-tools under the 'lee's clothing at any time.
2. Every time the 'lee breaks the tether holding a cuff, or pulls it loose, he or she loses an article of clothing.
3. This continues until the 'lee is completely naked (or is down to whatever minimum level of clothing you agree on). At that point the cuffs are secured firmly to something immobile, and the fun really begins.

Optional rule: set a time limit (15-20 minutes is a good baseline). If the 'lee still has more than the minimum amount of clothing on at the end of that time, then he or she wins the right to tie and torment the erstwhile 'ler.
