I completely agree with this. Everyone can be so different, even day to day for the same person. But light to moderate pressure with a good hairbrush or one of those scalp massagers with the flexible silicone nubs on oiled feet work often.
I think one of the most important things to keep in mind is that there is no perfectly prescriptive way to maximize the intensity of a session. Experience over time builds a certain amount of intuition, but it's also so important to be willing to explore and deviate from the typical approaches, as you never know what might work for a particular person. Some people fall into the pattern of always going for the same spots or using the same techniques, but you don't want to potentially pass up a hypersensitive spot just for the sake of routine. Some people get fixated on targeting certain spots, and that's just what they are into—nothing wrong with that—but if you're goal is maximizing intensity, you have to be open to exploring the whole body and being patient. Let's say I know a woman, and I wanted to know how to tickle her at maximum intensity. Almost no one can tell me how to do that unless they've tickled her before, and even then, my results and exploration may vary quite a bit from theirs. You can definitely still get ideas to try out and all that, but ultimately, being able to tickle just the way you want it is best learned by doing! I don't normally encourage people to do evil in the world, but in this case, I'll make an exception lol. Good luck!
