Really want to find an old cartoon - help.

I came across a cartoon years ago and would love to find it again. I have had zero luck finding it so far so i thought i would ask for help. It is a drawing of a woman locked in stocks having her feet tickled by two guys. One of the guys compliments the other on his new set of stocks, and his partner says something to the effect of how well the stocks hold her feet completely still for her daily dose of tickling. If anyone has it would you be willing to post it,or if you know where to get it that would sweet. Thanks
