You know Jen, I’ve noticed that your responses to people who do not agree with you are very defensive and dismissive. I know that you do not agree with Minerva but it's disappointing that you are not considering what she says. I do feel that you are refusing to take the advice you asked for and I am entitled to feel that way.

Well Ayla it's not really that I am being very defensive, dismissive or that Minerva or anyone else who disagrees with me is exactly wrong. It's just that I have the right to comment on what and how people respond to me. I feel that Minerva is a "tell it like it is" person and it's not that she's wrong, it's just that, it's not just what you say it's HOW you say it that's important. When someone is asking for advice, me or anyone else, it's important (if you care enough) to try to give that advice that's going to make someone feel better about themselves and not say obvious things like for example, she says something like I am sure there are other guys who would tickle you. That's just the way I feel and I wish you would understand and respect that.

PEOPLE NEED TO TRY TO REMEMBER IT'S NOT JUST WHAT YOU SAY BUT HOW YOU SAY IT THAT MATTERS AS MUCH.

Perhaps, it's time to just stop being so intently focused on this ler. It sounds like you have played with quite a few guys. There was bound to be one that you just didn't click with.
What if things were reversed? What if he wanted you to tickle him a second time, but you just didn't want to? What if he became obsessed with finding out the reason why you didn't want to, and became fixated on the whole thing? I'm sure people would not be as nice to him as they are being to you.

Hey Helena (or anyone else who thinks this) I am not fixated on this guy, it's just that as human beings everyone wants to be accepted and respected by everyone. I know that's ideal because not everyone is going to click with everyone. If I am not respected or accepted by a person, it's normal for me to feel disappointed and I am. I will get over it and move on with my life and not worry about him. If I see him at NEST then I'll just ignore him and have a good time. I know I have plenty other male ticklers and maybe some female ones as well.

I've just read through my post again and can't find a single word that's even remotely offensive, so what do you mean by 'it's just that, it's not just what you say it's HOW you say it that's important' ???

Anyway, I'm gonna stay out of your threads from now on. I realized, it really doesn't make sense to try talking to you.

Okay Minerva I guess I was somewhat overreacting and I apologize. I just thought that you were being a little too much a "like it is" and it's fine to do that but I just felt you were being a little harsh on me but that's fine. I don't know why you don't think it makes no sense talking to me because you have to realize that not everyone one in the world is going to agree with what you say. So, I guess in your opinion since I am not crazy with the way you phrase things, then that's why you say that it makes no sense for you to talk to me. In terms of my complaining about my struggles with Asperger's Syndrome, it's a social skills disability that it seems that you don't know much about that condition. That's why I got upset with you in that thread.
