Cute picture! The mermaid exhibits interesting aquatic qualities (the distinctively-arched green, seaweedy hair; the clamshell bikini top), and her pillory is of unusual, creative design! I'm not familiar with Red Archery (cartoon? video game?)... you appear to have done the character full justice!
