I've been looking everywhere for the original pic, but all I could find was this weird-colored one
 
Yeah I've run into that weird version too, and they always cut off the heads of the dudes too - wtf? headless victims? Awesome feet though. It's actually a still capture from a 1990 video. They were real screamers. I used to have the original picture, a long clip of it, and few other angles taken from this video but can't find them now since we moved. Just ask Kujman1. He's over on Fetlife. I'm sure he has the originals.
