Replying/Sending PM's.

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help me - for some reason, my account isn't replying to PM's & I'm not sure why?

I've clicked quick reply, typed a message and then click submit.... but low and behold the screen refreshes and there's nothing in my sent box?

If anyone could help it would be hugely appreciated.

What are you using to access the TMF? What operating system? What internet browser (and what version)?

If you use Internet Explorer 11, you may wish to follow Fat Bastard's instructions to enable compatibility view for the TMF. It seems to be fixing many problems.

I think he just needs to select from the menu at the top right of the any TMF page:

Settings->[My Settings][My Account]General Settings->[Messaging & Notification][Private Messaging]Sent Private Messages: "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default"

I made this mistake years ago and sent out the same message three times before realizing the problem.
