And if you didn't put it in the heading, you can edit the first sentence or introductory paragraph

so that people can still see M/F, F/M or F/F immediately
even if you can't change the heading.

It's so annoying to start reading, not see any indication of what kind of story it is
and then be sickened to find out it's a combination that's not appealing at all....
