all i have are some clips where she's in stocks with socks, taking a sock off, stroking her bare foot, taking the last sock off, stroking that bare foot. i don't have sock tickling AND bare tickling, sorry

Take a look here. All I can say is that this clip (and the girl) is wonderfull and it resembles your requirements (that is: the socks are removed, the stocks are not 😉 ).
