Hi Brian,
I hope this finds you well.
This is Charlie, founder of GTK.
While I am not directly involved with the management of Nino's store, I am her mentor in all things tickling, including the commercial side of her business, which she is still learning.
I have written to you via email a moment ago in some detail, offering to resolve the matter in the terms you originally requested, and have confirmed with Nino that this was the best course of action in the first instance, explaining to her the ins/outs of why that was the case.
Had this been brought to my attention earlier, I would have intervened to resolve.
To date, Nino has dozens of perfectly executed customs. All customers to a man were very happy with her and her work. I do not wish for a solitary experience laced with confusion to destroy that for her. Given the totality of her interactions with customers from the community and the resulting great work, I do not consider that to be fair at all.
If you could kindly respond to my email when you have a moment, I will ensure the matter is properly resolved.
To anyone else reading this, know that I keep a close eye on my studio progeny, celebrate their successes, support them when required as is the case here.
So you can conduct business with Nino, Ceci and Naz with confidence, as I know many of you do without issue on a weekly basis.
