Ok, someone gave us a great website for those real hospital restraints, and I see that they have rings on them. Anyone know where you can get the ties to hook them to a bed? Something that is easily wrapped around the bed and has clasps on each end, is what I'm assuming. That's what I've had used before, but not sure where to buy it.

I know this isn't waht you're looking for, but there's something I've used a lot when anchor points are a problem and you have to rely on the tension of the ropes.
Clothesline tighteners.
You can get them at any hardware store for about three bucks. They allow you to create much tighter bondage when running a rope under a bed, for example. Pick one up, and you'll see what I mean.
