i usually keep an eye out for threads regarding tickling establishments, since i also frequent them. i have not seen anything

You seem to have gotten just a bit defensive over a post that did not refer to you in any way, shape, or form, let alone directly mention you by name. Guilty conscience kicking in? You imply in your post that people “specifically” asked for your opinion... and that there is nothing more to it than that. Perhaps you can clarify something then.

On 12-21, lv2tkl started a thread titled “Phoebe's gone...who at PAS???”. On 12-21, you made the following post:
“hey lv2tkl, i have some info on phoebe...email me at [email protected] if youre interested.”

On 12-23, Phoebe responded thusly:
“what info do you "have" on me, Dtrell?
Since you're referring to me, I'd really like it if you'd share that info with me - instead of spreading what is likely inaccurate gossip..”

On 12-15, you started a thread titled “To unclebill: session with mistress sin”. On 12-18 you write:

“bill, i have some info on phoebe so if youre interested email me at [email protected]...anyone else interested can also do the same.”

On 12-23, Phoebe replies:
“Once again, Dtrell...
Please do share this info that you 'have' on me..
I'm just dying to know, since I've apparently become grist for the ever so popular rumor mill.”

In both the above mentioned exchanges, you never responded after Phoebe essentially invited you to put up or shut up. Why is that? Could it be that perhaps all you have is unsubstantiated, inaccurate gossip? Maybe it’s just me, but it sounds like you were soliciting people to “specifically” ask for your “opinion” for whatever purpose you may have had.

I was unaware of any rumors floating around the forum about Phoebe; I am going on Boomtown’s post that there in fact was. I have noticed that she hasn’t posted anything for quite awhile. If indeed “PRIVATE conversations” by the offending person” was the vehicle by which these rumors started, and have evidently driven her away, it would appear that their source is now apparent.

For the record, I don’t know Phoebe outside her TMF persona. I only know her from the PAS tickle parties that were held last year, over the course of which I got a chance to have several conversations with her. I can assure all who have never met her that she is a phenomenal person who is intelligent, articulate, and well informed on a wide variety of subjects. I have not had any communication with her since then.

And impressive research too! When I read the "when you see Phoebe NAKED" comment, I realized the guy wasn't worth a response of any sort. But your mature and well-worded post motivated me to write. If for no other reason than to laud you.

For the record, Phoebe's not my girlfriend, but I agree with you, ST, when you say she's a phenomenal person. She raised the intelligent bar when she frequented the TMF. Now she's been turned off to this whole board. I really had no idea why, and my question earlier in this thread was directed to nobody in particular. Phoebe doesn't like to talk about it, she just shoos the topic away like it's a tired subject.

I think it's sad, because this board, as great as it is, benefits from as many smart, humorous, not-only-driven-by-lust members as it can find. And it's lost one in Phoebe.

Thanks for your to kind words. I remembered seeing the threads and posts I referenced when they first appeared, so my research was little more than going back and making sure they were still there. As of the time of my last post, there they were, for all to see.

I was going to respond then, but Phoebe is non-confrontational, and when I noticed a lack of response from the individual in question after Phoebe invited him to walk the walk after he talked the talk, I considered the matter closed.

You could not have hit the nail more squarely on the head when you say that the post I quoted does not deserve a response, but I was reminded of an old piece of writing I saw once that has more than a little bit of truth to it that I now paraphrase from:

First, they came for the spankers, and I did nothing for I am not a spanker. Then they came for (fill in the blank), and I did nothing... and finally they came for the ticklers, and I looked around for someone to do something, and there was there was nobody left.

Additionally, forget the fact that it was someone as undeserving of such treatment as Phoebe for a minute. Rumors and behind the back, untrue gossip can and does cause considerable damage. It has no place on the TMF, where word and does can travel quickly.

If you would be so kind, say hello to Phoebe for me next time you see her, and say that I hope she is happy, healthy, and otherwise well.

At the last tickle party at PAS, a bunch of us, including a few TMF members, sat around shooting the breeze after everything broke up. As expected, the TMF, the east coast gatherings, and various members came up for discussion, including you and certain of your past posts. Someone, I don't remember who and for the purposes of this post it doesn't matter, suggested that maybe you were into other things besides tickling. We all prevailed upon Phoebe to tell, but she would not do so despite our best efforts.

Now think for a minute. If she were to play your little game...PM me and I will tell you... how would react? That would never happen because she has in abundance something you have very little if any of. Get a dictionary and look up i-n-t-e-g-r-i-t-y and think about the posts I referenced in my original post on this thread, Phoebe's replies, and this thread starting with Boomtown's original post.

And by the way, to anyone who has never met Phoebe,

No way would she ever strip down to the buff for any client.

My choice of wording was intended to reflect my unshakable position that this did not happen, not to suggest that I was her constant companion and therefore could make a categorical statement to that effect. I base said position on the impressions I formed over the course of my contact with Phoebe, which is outlined in my original post, along with a very few conversations with others who have also met her. Additionally, when Lady Elizabeth was involved in running Passive Arts Studio, such things were strictly prohibited. Finally, there are laws in the city of LA governing nudity in BDSM establishments. To my knowledge, of the dungeons in LA, only the Chateau is legally licensed to allow total nudity on the part of their staff. I also believe that if there was any nudity in any of her sessions, it is far more likely that her clients were stripped down than rather than she.

I made that post right before departing for work, before considering whether or not a more specific choice of words was necessary to make my position on the subject clear. I don't feel that it is necessary now to make any changes, but your point is well taken. I was never present at any session she ever did while at PAS, let alone ever being with her 24/7. I can't prove she never stripped any more than anyone else can prove she did.

Please allow me to re-phrase that portion of my most recent post in question, considering your comments, but at the same time not backing away from my stated belief:

It is my personal opinion and firmly held belief that any chance that Phoebe may have stripped for any client in any session is so infinitesimally small that, for any practical intent and purpose, it never happened.

Thank you for clarifying that statement. Still you have no idea, your impressions are made up of contact you had with a person on a professional basis and she has every reason to refute the claim, after all if she stripped for one guy, others might expect the same and things could get rough. I've seen that happen before.

On the other hand, a guy who has no real reason to lie, and for the most part has had an EXCELLENT reputation for honesty on this board says she did strip for him. I think I believe him, he has nothing to gain from saying she did. She has everything to gain by denying it, and a LOT to lose from admitting it. Situational ethics run rampant in her industry, and that's ok, they have to protect themselves too.

I find it impossible to believe Phoebe stripped for a client. I know her on a personal level, and she would never ever do that.

Going topless, however, is allowed. Many a sub and switch, and sometimes doms, will go topless. If they like you.

I know certain ladies at the LA establishments have been known to take it further than the rules allow, but Phoebe is not one of them. Neutron, I believe whoever claimed she stripped for him must have been talking only about going topless. Which, again, is allowed.

And while I'm here, let me clarify something I said earlier in this thread. Regarding Mina at the Dominion, I advised "don't go for her." I was trying to be helpful by sharing my knowledge that her feet are not ticklish. If you'd like to be tickled, however, I know she could have you begging for mercy.

There's a place I used to go to in Toronto. The rules were at least bikini bottoms would stay on, yet because the Domme in charge liked me, and two of the subs were fond of me, they'd go nude virtually anytime I was there.

I have no idea what Phoebe did, or even who she is, I could care less, just remember if it gets out that she did go nude, then any guy who tickles her who wants nudity would hound her to death. OK, now that i finally have my access back to this forum after serving my one week "time out" in the corner....i am going to put this thread to rest once and for all on a point by point basis....

1. yes i admit that i did post for people to PM me if they were interested in info about phoebe....and i am saying right now that "info" was probably a poor choice of words, because i had no factual "info" about her...i had an OPINION about her. so yes i admit, i probably should have posted for people to PM me for my OPINION about her. i can assure both boom and ST that i NEVER presented anything to ANYONE that PMed me as FACT, and i ALWAYS maintained it was my opinion.

2. the reason i started posting for people to PM me about my opinion on phoebe is that i was always getting PMs about my experiences, so being that i am probably THIRD on here behind neutron and milagros as far as experience at dungeons and jack shacks i took it upon myself to post for people to PM me since she was the number one requested dungeon person they wanted to know about and i had strong opinions about her and had sessioned with her. i would expect the same thing from anyone else on here if i was looking for info on someone i was going to spend my hard earned money on.

3. as i said, i always made it known to these people that nothing was fact and it was all my OPINION. i also only gave them info on things about her that ONLY APPLIED to anything related to a pay for play tickling session (such as ticklishness, looks, body, personality, etc etc etc) as she is a paid contractor providing this pay service, all of these items are FAIR GAME.

4. i NEVER once said a bad word to ANYONE about phoebe as a PERSON...NEVER. in my opinion she IS one of the nicest people youll ever meet. period.

5. i would like to thank my buddy neutron for sticking up for me on the naked point while i was being "punished", HOWEVER....i NEVER NEVER NEVER (did i mention NEVER?) said that i saw her totally naked. i DIDNT. my session with her was TOPLESS (which by the way is one of the opinions i provided about her and was TOTALLY within bounds as far as im concerned, as it DIRECTLY relates to session interaction). when i mentioned to boomtown to talk to me once he had seen her NAKED, that related to a TOTALLY DIFFERENT subject from illicit activities.

6. in all of PMs i had with people, i NEVER ONCE told them NOT to do a session with phoebe...NEVER. in fact, i made sure to tell each person that she was EXTREMELY ticklish and that if that was all they cared about then i HIGHLY recommended her. however, i gave my OPINION about ALL aspects of her that related to personal interaction. if people chose to not do a session with her after hearing my FULL opinion about the total package, that was PURELY their choice. I NEVER told them what to do or what not to do.

7. again, she is a private contractor in a business that, like it or not, is a personal sensual contact type of business...and by sensual i am NOT saying SEXUAL...its my opinion that those things are NOT one in the same. as a private contractor in that type of business (which she is doing purely of her own choice) then you HAVE to be able to handle people opinions about that package. she is basically selling her body...and i dont mean just the SEXUAL organs of her body, i mean her WHOLE body, for the play pleasure of the person paying the 160 dollars an hour plus tip.


the bottom line is this....OPINION is not FACT and it is not RUMOR. by definition, an OPINION cannot be a LIE, it can only be WRONG. there is a huge difference between being WRONG about something and LYING about something.

if i go to mcdonalds and get a bad hamburger, and i tell you that in my OPINION, that hamburger i just had at mcdonalds was ground dog meat, that is NOT a LIE...its just being WRONG. again, opinions can NEVER be LIES, they can only be WRONG. only if an opinion is represented as FACT that is NOT REALLY FACT, then it is a LIE.

if phoebe chose to leave this board because someone was giving her a PARTIAL negative in his reviews of a session with her, then that is SIMPLY a matter of someone in that business not being able to handle the heat. and as they say, if you cant handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen. as long as she is in the business of supplying her body as what she is selling, then her body and everything physically related to it is FAIR GAME for criticism.

dtrell, whether I agree with your opinions or not, you are a man who will always give an honest answer. Also I appreciate your quick responses when I had questions concerning your tickling experiences at the various dungeons. As to the news of Shawna`s departure from Passive Arts, I`m not completely surprised. After my tickling session with her a few weeks ago, she told me that she was working a full time job elsewhere and she thought her time at P.A. was winding down. I can only wish her the best of luck, she is a beautiful lady. One piece of advice that I would like to share with you all in my limited experience of patronizing these places is that there seems to be a rather high turnover rate so be flexable in choosing a lady to meet. You might not get your first choice.
