I'm not big into manga / amime but I did come across a fab drawing on Deviant Art of the Black Lagoon character Revy being tickled on her feet with feathers and fighting not to laugh. Curious, I did a quick search and came across a piece on a Wiki Fandom site which I have attached. Wish I could find more info on why she is considered 'highly ticklish'.
