This is the second installment of Reya Fet and Heather West's Tickling Competition and some much deserved payback for when Reya tickled Miss West (Check out Part 1 in "Heather West Hogtied and Tickled by Reya")! Her hands and feet ropetied behind her back, Reya is unable to fight back when Heather does her worst. Between tickling her feet, her butt, and her sides, all Reya can do is squirm and giggle. Heather also uses a brush with its tiny bristles to increase sensitivity. Loads of laughing!
