Elite school for girls. Rich and spoiled bitches tickle a festive evening a few poor girls from villages, mistreated and forced to kiss their feet. A few years later, humiliated girls seek out every rich girl and tickle it, there was only one, but it's the governor. What will happen?
 
Governor's name is Britney, she knows that all girls are punished and tickling except her. She tries to arrest the entire group.
