Zepplin Pre-1977...after that they got sloppy. Their DVD however was a godsend...it is awesome. Page was a musical genius at writing and Plant's early lyrics were great poetry.

Heart...around 76-79.

Ozzy...don't know how I missed one of his shows, but I did.

I would've loved to have seen AC/DC before their orginal singer, Bon Scott, died. But I was just too young. It's a shame that his number came up so soon, just when they were at the peak of their popularity.

I would have liked to see the Beatles in their day...just a tad before my concert times...I also would have like to see Led Zeppelin..
I go into Manhattan regularly to BB KING'S BLUES CLUB to see bands. The cover is fairly cheap and you get to see some real good talent.
Anyone that answered Janis Joplin should check out the Dana Fuchs Band
I saw her in the play "Love Janis" and she was incredible!!!!

I would say the Beatles in 1965 when they were starting to write more intresting songs but could still play well in public. The Beatles were at there best live up until 1964 then due to the pressure,laziness and all the death threats could not perform all that well on the 66 tour.But they did produce their best record Revolver that year which made them a studio band and influenced Brian Wilson to produce and write Pet Sounds one of the best records of all time by the Beach Boys. "God only knows" is a brillant song.
