I took the liberty of doing a wee bit of research and have come to the conclusion that ( *stalls for time as he opens the envelope* ) the winner is... Dr. No! Maybe! I'm thinking Eunice Gayson is the Bond girl, and she appeared in both Dr. No and From The Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic with Love. I've attached a few photos of her, and here is a trailer for Dr. No in which we can supposedly hear her real voice (according to Wikipedia, it was dubbed in the two movies). She is the one putting, seducing him, and wearing the red dress... Dr. No trailer

Good work, Vollin. Matching up those photos is conclusive. I think I got thrown off, thinking that she was British and that the publicity photo made her look more exotic than was actually the case. I had ruled out her colleague, Martine Beswick, for reasons along those lines; she and Mrs. Gur appear in a fight in From Russia With Love in the clip below. Mrs. Gur is fighting out of the red corner (as per your 2nd photo) and was behind on all three of the judges cards when the fight was stopped.
