Rook's Media - Any chance of a return

First off, I am aware that Rook's Media profile on here hasn't posted anything since 2014. However, his C4S store had an update back in 2017, albeit with a compilation of older clips. Does anyone that's been on the forum for a while know if Rook is completely out of the game? His clips were some of my all-time favorites back in the late 00s and early 2010s.

Never say never. We've seen the Tickler in Black stick his head out every now and then. Producers could make a return at any point.
