Above is a YouTube link to the Official Trailer for " The Wrestler " starring Mickey Rourke, Marisa Tomei among others. If you want a clear trailer I guess you might want to seek out the Quicktime version, but the YT version fits the bill nicely.

Now, seeing the trailer it almost has that " handheld " indi look to it, which normally I am not a fan of, but it looks like a good movie. While it isn't a head splitting, guts flowing movie...it looks heartfelt and a solid story. Check it out and tell me what you think of it.

the early screenings are getting great reviews. I'm not much of a wrestling fan anymore, but i'm looking foward to seeing it!

Looking forward to this for three reasons:

1. It's getting good reviews (Oscar Buzz) and people are RAVING about Mickey Rourke.

2. Darren Aronofsky is directing... he's brilliant.

3. I've heard Marissa Tomei gets naked... very naked. (Okay, that's actually #1, but come on, you can't blame me for that!)

Hope I get to see it.

Just saw the trailer last week and I agree it looks great. Like city mentioned above they've got three awesome actors and a great director. It's not so much a movie about wrestling as it is about the story of a once great wrestler missing what he once was before heart attack and connecting with the daughter he neglected growing up. Acting looked awesome in the long trailer I saw and it's definitely on my list to see.

I don't care much for Pro-Wrestling, but Darren Aronofsky's one of my Directorial Gods, so I'm looking forward to it!
