Getting into the post-season since 1985 was a good thing...winning the opening AL Wildcard Game in the way they did?
Kauffman Stadium sounded like this when Salvador Perez hit the 2-Out Walk-Off Single that just did get past the third baseman's glove...scoring the winning run...
The Chiefs, just across the parking lot the night before put a beat fucking down on Sir Brady and the hated Patriots on Nat'l Tee-Wee. 24 hours later, their neighbors may have rivaled their current record of loudest stadium. The energy is just incredible.
How they do against the Angels doesn't matter. This was a great moment for their franchise!
