The Tijuana Tickler is trying to get revenge on Ruby Nesque for beating him earlier. They start off with a one on one tickle wrestling match but after Ruby takes the upper hand, the Tickler calls foul and requests that whoever loses a rock, paper, scissors war will have their arms tied behind their backs and get tickled anywhere. Ruby loses first and gets but wins the second match and gets her revenge.
