Thing is, you can't go making a relationship based on a fetish alone, or looks alone. But would I sacrifice some physical attraction for it - maybe. Because it absolutely helps. Depends on the person.

Nope. You can't. Everyone has an attractiveness threshold that they won't cross. Would you hookup with Rosie O'donnell? No...boom there's your threshold. No say girl that is below your threshold has a tickle fetish...would you respond and date her? Even though every ex of yours is more physically attractive and any other potential dating partners are more physically attractive than her? Again personality being equal.

Well that's a very good question. I don't think it would be enough in itself, but I could see how it might lead to me responding to and dating such a girl.
