Sad day in the world of Hockey.

It does not matter if you are a fan of the sport or not, this was a tragic day for the world of hockey. It is a true loss for the sports worl as well. May these men all Rest in Peace. My heart goes out to their families and all those that knew them. May we never forget.

yeah, this has been a horrible summer for hockey... i think with the 6 former NHLers who died in the crash, the killcount of current and former NHLers who've died this summer is now 9. holy shit.

as a side note, i was browsing wikipedia. look at this story that was overshadowed by the plane crash:
