I was tempted by Cheri Oteri, but had to go with Jan Hooks, since I've wanted to check her ticklishness longer. 😀

Tina Fey without a doubt!I would tickle her for hours upon hours.It must be the glasses.😀
 
All are great choices, but I went with Cheri Oteri just because she really deserves to be tickled silly. Check out the Scary Story DVD for a deleted scene with some really cute shots of her feet!
