The first pic is new to me and cool.

How Tickling Paradise did it is the two boxes are close together on a table, so the lee's stomach is just under the table.

Excellent! It took me two tries (my computer was in GLITCH mode) but I was finally able to view all the attached pics.

I love all hosed foot tickling, but I have a special interest in this topic. I've been fascinated with magic box tickling ever since I saw it done on a Merv Griffin show about 40 years ago.
