Her expression doesn't change, so it's the classic setup: there are two women in the contraption, one for each half that's sawed. The feet you see belong to someone else, hopefully someone reacting inside the box.

There are a couple versions of Zany Blaney doing this trick out there, I think. The two that I’ve seen have the same setup - a woman he pulls from the audience seated off to the side, who he later instructs to tickle the assistant’s feet.

Exactly how I’d set it up too!
