Scalp massagers for self-tickling?

If you've watched enough tickle videos, you've probably seen those electronic scalp massagers being used for tickling at some point, the ones with the little arm nubs that go around in circles. Since they seem effective when simply held in place over the skin, I'm curious how effective they could be for potential self-tickling, using tape to fix them over a sensitive spot and just letting them go to work. Has anyone tried anything similar to good results?

I have tried it in the mall for demonstration purpose and I will admit that it feels good and does tickle. In terms of other areas I think it would depend on the sensitivity of the person receiving it

I think they work wonderfully, but your mileage may vary. I've used them on myself or had them used for "set and forget" style tickling. The key part is the oil, I think, since similar to hairbrushes they can be very rough on skin if not done properly.
