UPDATE: High School Secuity Guards Attack Teen With Camera Then Frame Him

School security guards in Palmdale, CA have been caught on camera assaulting a 16-year-old girl and breaking her arm after she spilled some cake during lunch and left some crumbs on the floor after cleaning it up.

The incident occurred last week at Knight High School in Palmdale and was caught on a cell phone camera by another pupil who was then also assaulted by the security guards.

Watch video of the incident here and here.

The girl, Pleajhai Mervin, told Fox News LA that she was bumped while queuing for lunch and dropped the cake. After being ordered to clean it up and then re-clean the spot three times, she attempted to leave the area out of embarrassment but was jumped on by security who forced her onto a table, breaking her wrist in the process.

Pleajhai also says that the security guard in the picture yelled "hold still nappy-head" at her, which at the time she did not know was a racist comment.

(Article continues below)

In an even more shocking development the security guards later had the mother of the girl arrested after she sought out an attorney and demanded that the guard be arrested, telling her that if she wanted the guard detained then she herself would also be charged with battery after she allegedly pushed the guard and an assistant principal of the school. She has also been suspended from her job at another school in the county.

The school expelled Pleajhai for five days before then having her arrested for battery and for littering (the dropping of the cake). Then they had the pupil who captured the video arrested along with his sister who was merely present at the scene.

A walkout is planned for this morning by some students, after which the protesters will call for the firing of the main security guard involved.

The incident serves as another unbelievable case in the wave of police brutality sweeping the country. In recent days we have covered multiple incidents of this nature and have compiled them into a page which will no doubt be added to in the months to come.

Commentators have linked the increased cases of brutality with a post 9/11 mentality in America where civil liberties have been totally diminished and the anointed "authorities" simply consider themselves above the law.

Former Reagan government official Paul Craig Roberts, for instance, has succinctly described the mentality as having turned "an epidemic of US police brutality into a pandemic".

The media reports linked above clearly sympathize with the girl and her mother but only because the girl "fully complied with the guards' orders".

What on earth have things come to when children are being physically assaulted and arrested in schools by huge fat thugs 5 times their size for "not complying with orders"?

Police and security officials are being trained that it's OK to beat, torture and taser anyone should they not answer their questions or comply with their every order.

The "security" and well being of citizens is no longer the concern of these moronic hired beefbrains who revel in their false positions of power. Ask yourself, why is the security guy pictured above wearing shades indoors? Because it is part of the gang mentality of these idiots who think its cool to put the fear of life into small kids and then break their bones if they fail to cower like mice when picked upon.

We have been covering the rise of the police state mentality in tandem with the erosion of liberty for some time now. The incident narrated above represents a stark evolution. Watch the following clip from around ten years ago which was featured in Alex Jones' 2004 Film Martial Law: Rise of the Police State, where police assault and break the arms of peaceful protectors.

The difference now is that the police and security guards are breaking the arms of children and tasering students for merely asking questions or for dropping birthday cake.

The girl, Pleajhai Mervin...

That name alone is enough excuse for a broken arm.

Seriously though folks I do feel a bit of pity for this kid. The security sector is rife with frustrated cuntbags of this ilk who like to be all jobsworthy and tell people they can't do things just because they themselves are impotent and were too fat/ repressed homosexually/ smelly and dirty to do what they really wanted to do with their lives. Next time a money van gets hijacked and one or more of the guards are killed, remember the story of poor Pleasejihad, Mervin and spit upon their graves.

Even worse because most shitheads of this ilk are in their jobs because they were too fucking thick to pass the police exam.

I have a friend who is in security. I asked him about some security guards and why they act the way they do, he said there are 3 basic categories -

1) The police academy rejects who think they are bad ass.
2) The ones who do their job but are not really trying to be bad ass.
3) The ones who just needed a paycheck and could care less what goes on [like the ones who often sleep on the job.]

I think the majority of guards fall under the 2nd cat., like my friend. Security guards seldom get paid very well. I know the ones where I work get paid less than any of us, and our pay isn't shit.

I imagine for the cops, it is mostly the bullies or the ones just going thru the motions.

You'll notice, I hope, that I didn't condemn all security guards. I'm an ex security guard myself and probably fell somewhere between categories two and three.

WHY ON EARTH are there security guards at a high school in the first place? There weren't any security guards at my high school. I couldn't have imagined having (essentially) police patrolling my school. Is it a high school, or a juvenile detention center?

Something to do (I imagine) with all the assaults of pupils by others carrying knives and guns into school. Parents are pretty much stampeding to have such implemented here.

organized police forces are an invention of the modern world, but people act like it would be unrestrained murder, rape, and arson without them, with nobody safe anywhere...

as recently as the 1900's there were places in the US where "organized police" were little more than gangs unto themselves...

seems like that's still the case

i've been robbed, i've had my apartment broken into, i've had my car hit by a hit-and-run, i've had my mail routinely stolen, and the police acted like if i didn't do half the investigation myself well, what were they supposed to do? but i let my insurance lapse once for a month because i was short on cash, and of course that's the only time in four years i get pulled over... sure, i did wrong but, its five years later and i'm still getting harassed for it.

i tried going for a walk one night, on a -sidewalk- at that, and got "picked up" by the cops, said it was for some "outstanding warrant" that turned out to be a "paperwork error" they'd already taken care of.

if they put half as much effort into catching the people who robbed me as they do into harassing me for a minor violation years later, i wouldn't have been short on money in the first place.

i say get rid of'em.

empower the people to defend themselves, as it is if you -try- you're liable to wind up arrested if you're successful.

And you live in America, home of the Second Amendment. Think how utterly fucked British citizens are.

Well said. I started out as a guard for a local mall that was troubled. It wasnt worth it but it got me through schooling. Now I look at the guards that are there and laugh, because everyone i worked with went onto law enforcement and these slobs, yes i say slobs because i could walk faster than they can run and im not what you call skinny, are walking around like the biggest hard asses you'd ever meet. Its always sad to see fellow lawmen in trouble, but theres a lot who just go way beyond what the need to for the law. We have a rule of thumb to keep us safe and outta trouble legally, deadly force is an absolute last resort, force is second to last, we try to give verbal commands enough until the compliance factor seems like its at a stand still, then we go force, now by force, it could be anytype of escort position to if they fight with us, we fight back, using what we feel necessary. Its usually fist and holds or OC Spray(mace). Rarely do we result in usuing the asp(baton), taser, or god forbidden our Glock 40. Once since ive worked there have we used the gun. One Deputy was shot, three fired back. It was justified. Thankfully everyone survived. Breaking a girls arm over cake is just absolutely assinine.

Thank God somebody thinks like this!!! Time to revolt

I could be thinking about this in the wrong way, so I invite rebuttals - but -

I just think this is all entirely backward.

When you get to the point that you need a security force in your school, you've already lost the battle. What do school administrators suppose might be going through the heads of security guards hired to keep order in a school? The guards are there looking for troublemakers, because, if the school didn't have a severe problem, they would need a security force. When all you have is a hammer, everything else starts to look like a nail. They are looking for troublemakers, they are going to find troublemakers (because that's their job), and they are going to make trouble for the troublemakers. And they are going to make an example out of every potential troublemaker they come across. Also, it's true that most security guards are not budding rocket scientists. Subtlety is usually not their long suit.

The real trouble is that there are kids in public schools who SHOULD be in reform schools. I would never, never EVER send my child to a school that required uniformed guards to keep order. That's insanity. I guess that's also America for you. Recalcitrant little thugs have a right to fuck things up for everyone else's kids.

It's really time that Americans started wondering why they are so apathetic and lame that they now have security forces in their schools, instead of getting up off of their fat, lazy, double-wide asses and doing something about it. For their kids' sake. They should be saying things like "If your kid is part of the reason that we have to have a security force at our school, you suck." It might not sound like much, but imagine that ACTUALLY being said. Out loud.

Relieved to hear it. Will be interesting when the full facts are established.

That still does not excuse the atrocious act which was committed.

If she was hauled around and cuffed for the heinous crime of leaving cake crumbs on the floor, then indeed you're right. If. I'm sure more will be known in the fullness of time.
