How does one go about typing in an umlaut into a word? ... like soleru did in Gulli's name ... & I should have in uber. Is every keyboard equipped to do it ( & I just can't find it )? ... or does one have to have a German computer? 😕

...
Try typing Alt+0252.
That is, pressing the left Alt key, keeping it pressed, and quickly typing 0 2 5 2 in a sequence on the num pad on the right.
...
BTW, soleru's pics are quite fine indeed.
