Don't know what it is. When I play the file on my PC it works. I have no idea what I can do.

If the file is playing for you, instead of posting the file, take a few screenshots of the file playing. Then post the screenshots here. Someone might be able to identify the video from the screenshots.

Video playback seems to be a codec issue. When playing in browser it is a black screen with audio only. When downloaded and played through a different media player video worked.
