Securit token missing

Hi guys... I'm trying to upload a video, bit I keep getting a "missing security token" error message. I uploaded 5 photos just fine, but the video wont go... Can anyone help me out?

Oh that's what you get for uploadin' those pirate video feeds! Now the MPAA's gonna gitcha.

It's a video I took on my cell phone... converted it to avi, and tried to upload

The forum probably isn't recognizing it as an .avi. Please try zipping the video as a .zip or .rar and see if the zipped file uploads correctly.

What's the size of the file? The security token message normally appears if you have been logged in for a VERY long time and try to do something that requires authorization, like send a PM or make a post. If you have been uploading that file for a very long time, it can give the error. If the file is too big, it can also give the error.
