"Security Token missing" message when trying to upload video.

So,can any mod tell me what this is all about? I found a massive old stash of tickle clips i collected over the years and wanted to share them. I tried uploading one and was told at the end of the upload that a "security token" was missing and to contact an admin.

HELP.

I was unable to reproduce the problem when uploading a test video clip just now. Are you able to upload other attachments (photos, etc.)?

I haven't tried. I didn't want to wait for another upload to fail. I will try this again tomorrow.

This happens to me whenever I try and upload videos that I've split with HJ-Split that are over a total file amount of 5 MB.

I thought the size limit was 5 MB PER FILE. Was it changed to 5 MB TOTAL?

If everything is working properly, each file can be up to 5.00 MB (5120 KB), up to 25.00 MB per post (as 5 files). HJSplit files need to be zipped individually before being uploaded (that is, having the .zip extension), because split-file extensions such as .001 or .0 aren't recognized by vBulletin.

The security token error can be a problem with the vBulletin file system, although I have not been able to reproduce this error with my account. If anyone else is experiencing this problem, please post here.

You may wish to try splitting files to be a bit under the maximum file size. Sometimes, files can read as being one size when the "real" size is a little bigger still.
