In agreement with "Myriads". We (humans) are amazingly capable creatures, able to wriggle out of amazingly tight bondage. I myself prefer to be tied quite tightly, leaving as little "wiggle room" as possible. This was achieved in a spread-eagle position, arms and legs "stretched" tight. Prior to tying my feet, my knees were wrapped up with tight, either with knee wraps or medical wrap (this is a bit more difficult to do than it sounds, as it requires maneuvering into a comfortable position, or it's noticeable pain). My elbows were wrapped up with good ol' neckties, and the ties on my ankles and wrists were stretched tight.
Still for all of this, I still was able to wiggle around a bit. It sounds like it would be more restrictive bondage than it actually is. It should also be noted, that I started "feeling the burn" about 30 minutes into it. I guess some people could go longer, either out of endurance or taking Ibuprofen or a muscle relaxer prior (personally never tried that).
You can probably find some solid, restrictive equipment at a local dungeon or BDSM club, though you would have to rent the room it's in out, assuming they would even do such a thing.
If you have the time, money, patience, and know-how, you could make yourself some stocks, either purely foot/ankle stocks, or also some hand/wrist ones too. I never tried my hand at that, as I have zero experience with carpentry.
