Seedance?

Anyone try Seedance yet? I've been using Sora but it's officially shut down. I've tried Grok and it's cool but I don't love it.

for my money for doing actual tickling videos nothing comes close to grok. i had been using kling AI primarily for video generation but recently switched to grok.... grok seems to get the "mechanics" of tickling much better and more natural than anything else ive used by far, and being able to add very realistic audio and dialog at the same time is a game changer. ive tried a few free trails of seedance as it has had alot of hype but not overly impressed thus far...

I keep seeing a lot of Seedance advertisements around and to me it seems the mainstream normies AI slop maker,something that's good for making a video of Conan the barbarian riding an unicorn and slaying aliens but absolutely not trained for our good stuff.
Grok now is sadly only on a monthtly fee and I could accept to pay 10$ sometimes but if I pay I want almost perfection and not having to deplete my daily data on countless failed attempts and ending up with mediocre results.

mildly curious, when making videos, do you make an image first and make the video from that? or do you jump straight to the video?

Absolutely first I make the image,I think that the best workflow is to start with a simple image of the character without any background,then try to make the scene and the poses and only when you have the perfect result you turn it into a video,this gives you consistency in the results.
