I don't entirely agree with you. Maybe it's that way for some people but personally I can enjoy the act of tickling without it being sexual for me. I have sisters that I have tickled in the past, but it never aroused me. Granted there may be some who's fetish is so overpowering that they subconsciously can't differentiate between fun and sexual. All this to say, we can't just slap one single label on it. We can't just say "Well, you tickled a family member, you must be into incest."

Here's how I personally have always looked at whether or not something is turning you on. Does it make you wet or give you a boner? Then it is obviously a turn on. If you can watch a family member get tickled and it doesn't make you want to jill or jack off then I personally wouldn't say you really hit incest territory. Someone in here once explained separating these feelings like you would separate kissing your kids or your mother, and kissing your spouse or significant other. It can of course be innocent and family friendly. It's not weird at all to kiss your family. There is usually a different feeling and intention when you kiss your SO, and that is what makes it sexual. The same goes with tickling for a lot of people. I find myself in this group, actually.
