Selling Videos you have bought

Just curious.

If you have videos you purchased, what is the legality involved with selling those videos as used? I have heard conflicting opinions.

There isn't anything wrong with reselling a used video that you have purchased as long as it's not an ilegal copy. No more of a problem than if you sold an old set of dishes or a piece of clothing. You bought it. It's yours. You can resell it as you please.

Thank you. I was warned by someone not to try and sell any "realtickling" videos. Something about that particular video producer not allowing it.

Nope. As far as I know it would be no different than you reselling a video made by Warner Brothers, Dreamworks, New Line Cinema, etc etc.
