Sensitive Stephie Punished...Severely - anyone know where to find this clip?

I've looked on Clips4sale.com but this one isn't on there. I'd love to buy this clip but haven't been able to find it. I even found pictures of it on DeviantArt, and Kelly (the tickler in the clip) replied to someone and said to go to tickleintensive.com and buy it, which is their store on clips4sale. That was over a decade ago, so if it was on there previously it doesn't appear to be now.

If anyone knows where I can find this full clip, I would be grateful. Thanks!
